The new Bene Assicurazioni’s headquarter in Via Valtorta, Milan, has a design that combines industrial style, color blocking and elegant furnishings that give character to all the office environments. Designed with an approach that favors flexibility, the project reveals a right balance between open-plan spaces and workstations like the Corner series, designed to encourage collaborative working. The Isola phone booths favor concentration, while private offices and meeting rooms are separated from the rest of the space by Planilux partition walls. Ever Evolving System allows workers to experience the office in a more informal way and incorporates a niche with sound-absorbing felt lining for quick meetings. The Library area with a reading table and bookcases in total black allows employees to relax, while the Bene café furnished with high and low tables and a Moss Wall wall promotes the well-being of employees during breaks. The site-specific artworks of Camilla Falsini and Orticanoodles personalize the office with an artistic touch.
