Level’s Wedding, an emotional moment
Written by Massimo Gianquitto
We would never have imagined of being protagonist of a tale, especially nowadays, when we face a rude reality that prevails on our dreams and ideals. On the 9th of June, Level’s staff attended a very special event: the marriage of Michele Valsecchi and Beatrice Bolis. Michele is a professional project manager, a precious collaborator that works with Level since the very beginning. He has grown with the Company, together with all his colleagues that happily joined our development project.
This occasion has been a sort of teambuilding moment, a chance to strengthen our team spirit and rediscover the harmony that the daily routine can weaken. Events like this one are surely useful and necessary to tighten the bonds and lighten again the relationships between people.
We are very happy for this amazing couple, and the attention they put into the organization of this special event. After having attended the ceremony at the San Niccolò curch in Lecco, a town located in the supreme frame of the lake Como, that reminds immediately the paragraphs of Promessi Sposi, we were astonished by the beauty of the Villa Orsini Colonna at Imbersago, where the party was held. The Villa is a place very close to Milan, but metaphorically so far from it and we found ourselves in a journey through times, traversing the long and curvy paths that climb the hills of Brianza, with some amazing glimpses of grasslands and secular trees. From the balcony of the second floor of the Villa, once owned by the Orsini Colonna family, we sought a stunning panorama: an arch of green hills, the background of a terracing made with a garden “all’Italiana”, where boxwoods spread their smells through the valley.
This occasion, reminded us to think about the enormous heritage of our Country, with its historical and artistical sites, cultural and culinary excellences. It is very easy to forget the potential of something, when you have it in front of your eyes every day. Indeed, this stunning view from the Villa, recalled the memory to the view that surrounds our headquarter, and we felt the desire to go out and explore the Park of Montevecchia and Curone, among the paths through the woods.
For me, this is Made in Italy too, a thing that can help us Italians to define our unique and precious Brand: our territory, our creativity and our know-how, the three resources on which we can establish our today and tomorrow.
